DISRUPTION ON DEMAND WITH CANVAS

Canvas partners with organizations to design, develop and facilitate transformative learning, leadership, accelerated leadership, culture change, team, and people strategy solutions. Using a human centered design process to craft solutions, Canvas ensures that all its initiatives provide measurable outcomes against the client’s most critical metrics.

The Canvas Disruption on Demand Hackathon is designed to re-imagine the future of organizational leadership. The process began with a pre-hack of client-community members and industry leading practitioners in the people development.

This pre-hack included perspective gathering around a series of questions. These perspectives were further developed into three challenges statements within our Miro Disruption Studio.

We are asking you, as part of the developer community, to join us in reimagining how technology can be leveraged to meet the challenges of global leaders.  

Bring your technological creativity and your design experience to imagine this by creating a minimally viable product that builds a bridge between the unlimited potential of humanity and the power of technology in shaping organizational leadership for our rapidly changing world. 

Your submission should relate to one of the following challenge statements:

1.  How might we create a globally accessible digital tool that provides real-time data on interactions: airtime (amount of time speaking), conversational behaviors, equity, inclusion and bias? 
2. How might we provide an AI enhanced support platform to help leaders discover and embrace innovative, next-level solutions to challenges across a diverse & global workforce, while integrating human leadership skills? 
3. How might we create a technological "tool box" to bring in new perspectives, recognize patterns, challenge biases, and bring diversity of perspectives to everyday leadership; while leveraging the human dynamics of: emotional, psychological and social.
